Si bien la app es llamativa, no sé si es solo en iPhone, o sólo yo, pero demora mucho en cargar (por ejemplo para iniciar sesión, lo hice con facebook y se quedó cargando eternamente, cuando recién puse saltar, me salió que había iniciado sesión; igual fue para actualizar mis datos, me quedaba esperando y cuando me cansaba y ponía cancelar, recién me salía que había cargado todo) gracias a dios logré hacer mi check in, pensé que también se quedaría cargando.

Al retirarme del hotel e instalarme en un Apartamento en Las Pocitas me percato de que me falta el cargador de mi laptop y una extensión de 3 metros que siempre llevo porsiacaso. Después de la buena atención del personal, no esperas que te pase esto.

Para ser un servicio de alojamiento la app es súper funcional y muy buena experiencia la estadía!

No vale el precio hay mejores hoteles en Arequipa y la atención al cliente es pésima

Nada que decir de el hotel, el servicio y la limpieza todo en perfectas condiciones, espero volver pronto.

Please fix the iPad app, when you open it it doesn’t give you any option except to choose destination and when you do it just opens grey screen and that is it.

App and hostel were okay for the most part. However, they should have clear pricing and self service for reservation modifications. I changed dates by chat in the app (pushed the stay by one day) because there isn’t a self service option. They raised the rate on me without informing me and refused to honor the quoted rates. They should improve their customer service or at least improve this app to inform customers of pricing if their staff is incapable of it.
