It’s impossible to mark daily readings and only shows my attendance percentage 1/3 of the time I open the app, literally worthless app, please fix the bugs

Bugs. Crashes. Trouble syncing. Sometimes showing no child registered. You name it; so many problems. By far the worst app on my phone. It hardly ever works right. I don’t understand why it has so many issues. Please fix. It’s hasn’t worked right for the 2-3 years I’ve had it.

Only marks reading on site and asks me to join an institute I’m in seminary

When I first installed the app it worked perfectly and I was able to mark reading quickly and easily, but now every time I open up the app it asks me to log in, and once I do it says Authenticating and never finishes, it’s annoying because I check almost every day and give it 15 min to load but it never does. I’ve un-installed the app and restarted my phone multiple times but it doesn’t make a difference. Please fix this.

The app randomly says I’m not registered when I am and I have to uninstall and reinstall it. Can’t mark scriptures when not at church/seminary . Now won’t load at all even when I uninstall and reinstall it.

It has a lot of promise and usually gets the job done, but there are a lot of technological issues.

incompetent app, i was trying to log in to mark my readings (ofc) because apparently i’m “failing” but as i’m signing in it’s been “authenticating…” for the past month now. because of this app: one, i’m going to fail and two, my mom is going to kill me if i fail. like why is this app giving up on me now? i’m in my last year of seminary and i haven’t been able to log in for a month now. how is this app supposed to help seminary students, if it can’t even load…
