Why the network permission?
I don’t see the use for it. Also don’t block usage of whole app if don’t allow camera access. Just block the camera pairing function.

What’s the point?
I have a Sena SRL for my Neotec helmet already paired to my phone but this app takes about 20 seconds to connect every time it loads. It does not show my paired headsets even though I have paired it with another Sena unit. I just don’t see what the purpose of this app is

I don’t know what the big stink is about. My coms along with this app took about 15 seconds to do what it is supposed to do. I’ll give 4 stars for now until I have some time with the app. FYI, I have an iphone 15 pro max
Trash… Trash… Trash…
Don’t waste your money… Sena will sell you a device that doesn’t work, with the same issue that you can find 50 other people having on online forums. Call their tech support and all they will tell you is it’s a faulty device and you need to buy a new one. Don’t get ripped off like myself and several other people have.
Won’t connect
Won’t connect to my SMH10, just loads over and over. Tried power cycling and disconnect/reconnect with no changes.

Are you ever going to listen to us and fix these issues or continue to just take our money and run. Like a Indian scam center?? Stay away people
Disappointment
Not sure whether it’s the app, the firmware, or the hardware but I could not be more disappointed. I’ve had Sena systems for years. This is my 3rd or 4th set! They have always been a bit fiddly, but this is impossible. Not recognized on my phone, can’t update…
Wasted time
This app is a piece of trash.
Total Garbage
If the headsets weren’t bad enough on their own, the app makes it even worse if that’s possible. Don’t waste your money. Takes a PhD to connect several at once.
Doesn’t support my helmet
Doesn’t support the Outrush helmet so useless to me. (It does support the Outrush R, at least the quick guide says it does.)
