Completely Broken

Works fine on my old android phone. iOS app just searches for the adapter forever and never finds it.

Confusing crap

I got directed to this app by their website. It informed me that firmware updates are done with this app for my 2 20S evo and 1 20S, something I have always done with my laptop. This app appears to be directed towards other models that have some kind of special cable. Although The app notes say it is compatible with the 20S series, there is no information or help on how to connect them or use it. A complete waste of time for me, I went back to my laptop and updated them all successfully. I hope they don’t kill the laptop app.

App is just ok but it did update the adapter and the sena I just was watching YouTube and saw it start blinking and update. The sena app said it updated to 1.0.6 so cool. But you can’t force it to update it does it on its own I guess. Kinda weird you can’t say ok now update.

Sena 50s Wifi adapter

So SENA has done it again, new hardware but there are no specifications. I’ve search SENA, YouTube, Google and I can not find what Is the required WIFI signal to make the SENA WIFI ADAPTOR work. The SENA 50s wifi adaptor can find my Motorola WiFi router. I’ve RESET all the devices and no luck. Honestly not happy with SENA. Not to mention MESH connection issues with between 30K and 50S. Come on SENA, you could be more proactive by creating YouTube videos in how to solve these issues. They leave everything to the end user to figure it out.

Terrible as are most Sena apps

This app drops connection constantly and never recognized my 20s. It was a waste of time. I am really getting fed up with how terrible sena is at a software level. Top notch hardware but abysmal software.
