Два месяца думал рискнуть не рискнуть, в итоге тестово отправил 50$, через 3 часа получил. США-РФ. На маленькую сумму комиссия получилась большая, но это не важно, так как вариантов не много. Первый перевод, очевидно потребует больше времени, так как нужно будет регистрироваться на платежной системе, которая спишет деньги с карты, и она будет спрашивать о SSN, для проверки личности. Рекомендую
