I’ve only completed one session of each of the stretches, with video, and I feel so much better. It’s really exciting to feel like there is something that I can do to make my body stronger and more flexible. The ease of the stretches helps lower my anxiety about doing any type of exercise or movement. I can’t wait to share this app with my husband and my mom. Thank you.
The printed workouts helped me learn stretches I needed to do for my lower back. You need to read each page carefully
Not a user friendly app. I downloaded it on my iPad and the view was very small, about the size of an iphone. Every time I,tried to enlarge it, it went back to the prior screen. The view made the writing tiny! There is also no recommendations on how long or how many repititions to do for each exercise. Not impressed. I am deleting this from my device.
