Sense Messaging

App is terrible and web based application never works either. I use this for work and our entire team is constantly sending tickets into IT. Messages don't load, it's a dinosaur.

I uninstalled the app since I kept getting logged out every time I closed the app. Now I’m unable to even download the app.

I cannot clear my notifications

Not the best, needs a lot of work. Doesn’t load all the way, needs to be reset a lot. Could be top notch if they out some effort into it and cleaned it up.

Functionality is horrible, have to rely on email notifications for new messages. The message filters don’t work and it’s impossible to see your important conversations. Sense is Another software company with no vision but to extract more money without providing more value (because that’s harder work).

Hate this new update… takes longer to load, messages show unread on the app even tho they have been responded to on desktop. Can’t archive messages on the app. 👎🏼👎🏼

The company I work for uses sense to help communicate with applicants. The days I work from home is when the app becomes very convenient for me. ONLY issue is that when I call out, applicants see my personal number and not my assigned sense number. If there was a way to change this it would be perfect!

This app is good at times, however sometimes I find it not loading messages or giving me a notification when someone messages me on it.

App does not work.

The app is terrible. Messages are all out of order, messages rarely go through, and it takes forever to update to see new messages. The computer interface is great, but the app needs to get with the technology and times for messaging applications. Stop waiting 4+ months to fix bugs. If I didn’t need this for my job, it would immediately be deleted.
