This is the worst app and the worst company ever! Talk about jumping through hoops, HA! It’s a joke!!

User friendly and easy to navigate.

Love this program it has saved me many times and has allowed me to provide services for my child of allowing them to make great advances

Easy to use

The app doesn’t even let me in even though I’ve used the correct password and answered the security questions correctly. I even changed them on the website so I know what the correct answers are. Please help!

Great and easy to use!!!!

My husband had an ECHO done at a medical facility, used his Bene card, but you would not accept this? Why? Then, trying to send a copy of bill took forever because system would not recognize the bills. It’s a medical procedure ordered by his doctor, why do you question it? Our claim finally went to Sentinel, but we still don’t know if it will come out of our Bene card. The only option was to have payment sent to me, which makes no sense. It should be deducted from the card.
