The display on the app doesn’t work to allow scrolling. When trying to set up security questions, you can’t scroll to click to go to the next step. You can barely scroll to answer the 2nd question.

Half the time, despite having decent service, I can’t get this horrible app to work or link to the box. As a contractor, time is literally money, and a lot of my time is spent trying to get this stupid app to connect to the lock boxes. I can’t stand realtors and property managers who insist on using this horribly designed system. Do your contractor a favor and just put a regular lock box on your properties.

Cannot log in, cannot reset password, cannot create new account What the heck is going on? How about someone with this app support contacting me… or maybe you are all asleep??? Any one alive in your support office???

I’m not turning on my notifications for a lock box and you literally cannot continue without doing so, dumb.

I have signed in over and over and don’t get anywhere. Was this tested? It now tells me every nickname is taken. Impossible.

The email that is supposed to verify the account sends me over and over to the App Store and I’ve already down loaded the app. I’ve already created password and it just spins and does nothing. Will have to call customer support tomorrow. Ugh

I didn’t have any problem with registering. You have to open the email on your mobile device to finish setting up. The issue I have is that you have to be by the property to look it up. This is NOT very useful for appraisers. I go all over the place and I run a very tight schedule to get to all the places I need to go. I need to arrange access ahead of time. It would be more helpful if I could look up any property by address and then see the agent and request access. Or if it worked with ShowingTime where I already request appointments. Right now I have to contact the agent separately and have them generate a one day code and text the code to me. It would be much easier to be able to request an appointment and request access in one place.

Can’t verify and log in.... I love how the board of realtors which we actual agents pay to be a part of make these deals with companies without our consent to line the boards pockets in ways that don’t benefit us or our clients then shove these new policies on us without consent...

Verification email is not working properly

Have attempted to set up an account four times now. Keeps telling me to look for email to complete registration. I get email, but link to complete process takes me back to App Store to download or open the App. Attempting to log in simply gets me an error message telling me to look for email to complete registration process. A black hole circle...
