Horrible lock, waste of time! Can’t get anything done now I get some texts to type in pin or they will lock my boxes I have no pin this useless

The app is soooo slow and constantly looses connection. Works well when on wifi but when are you on wifi while opening lockboxes. Please fix the bugs!!

Can’t count the times I’ve been made to look foolish in front of clients because app doesn’t work.

Worst app and worst tech support. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Worst realtor app out there, not user friendly need 2 apps just to make it work.

This app freezes more times on me than it works. After that you have to waste your time trying to get a one day code from a listing agent as SentriLock tech support doesn’t cooperate with you in this situation.

Every single showing from agents, I never know the exact duration that they have been in the property. I’ve also tested it myself, and it’s always significantly delayed sending the notification that the property is being shown.

The best and most secure why to show your listings. If you don’t have this app as an agent, it’s like being a plumber without a pipe wrench or a carpenter without a hammer. Get the tools needed to service your clients correctly. This is one of them.
