This app is literally the worst part of my job. It’s miserable, as an electrician I’d rather play with live power than to sit and do paperwork on this app. More than once I’ve had to fight with this app for 30+ minutes just to collect a store manager signature. It’s insane how often this happens. I had a few time when just trying to collect a signature takes longer than the job itself. Absolutely terrible and I hate it.

This app is the worst I can’t even clock out now. It was tolerable when I first started using the app now it’s so garbage I think I’m gonna go with service titan.

Free, and worth every penny. What a horrible, useless APP. Forgot to check out. Once that happens, you have to drive back to the location. Did that. Had to keep killing the app. Finally, was able to check out. Never did get a checkout code. Now, it wants me to check in again. What a horrible APP. I will never use it again!

Swirling icon over check in button on iPhone after app update and it doesn’t go away. I was intentionally NOT updating my iPad but it auto updated this morning and now has the same issue as the iPhone.

This app is useless. It makes the job 10 times harder.

This app constantly loses connection to the server, makes adjusting your time nearly impossible, and crashes at least daily. I don’t know if they hired the worst app programmer available, or shot themselves in the foot by stiffing the developer, but this app is trash. If I wasn’t required to use the app for work, it would have been deleted long ago.

You can not add a work order when you arrive on site. It never works and then you have to call in and they get upset that you didn’t go through the app. I haven’t got paid on some jobs because they said I haven’t logged in when the app doesn’t work. It’s infuriating!

Tons of bugs, glitching, will say I'm out of range when I am in the building. I would rate it zero stars if I could.

Since newest update unable to create new work orders. Been over a week now and no progress into fixing it. Left out high and dry!!!! Have sent numerous screenshots and still nothing.

How about the app doesn’t have to completely reload every time I swap to another app to get a number or something. OR timeout constantly. Also, how come the WO I’m logged in at doesn’t stay at the top of the screen. If I accept a WO, it doesn’t always go to my assigned jobs. This app is missing EVERY QOL function possible. Impossible to use. My work just implemented this app and now my job is 10x harder just to do simple tasks. ZERO STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
