I would like to have some kind of guarantee for the work done, at least for a short period. But they didn't leave any receipt.

Always have problems with this “company”. I booked cleaning at 11:00 am, but then requested a change at 3:00 pm, they had like 12 hours to confirm or decline my request because I did it beforehand So the cleaner didn’t come at 3:00 pm, the company doesn’t give u an answer if ur request confirmed or declined, they don’t care. The app shows “change requested”, but they doesn’t confirm it or decline, so you should guess by yourself if they come or no The cleaners often comes earlier or later as well, it’s completely normal, I had a situation when I have been waiting for 2 hours for the cleaner

I booked carpet cleaning at 16:00 and rescheduled visit one hour ahead 17:00. Manager called me and confirmed. At 15:30 came cleaners and spent almost 20 minutes talked what they want to clean now. I asked when come back and 17 and they are agreed. At 17:30 was call from this service and whey told me what today impossible to clean. I can’t wait till tomorrow, I have small studio and should take all furniture on dirty carpet today!! They say just sort and canceled my appointment. Awful service ever. Whey can’t arrange normal work inside office and control their cleaners. Definitely will never use this service again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Service Market. They did not respect the booking time as the cleaner arrived an hour early without any prior notice, causing inconvenience. The cleaning itself was unacceptable – The floor wasn’t cleaned properly, and the cleaner didn’t even bother to mop under the table or around light items like luggage (which was empty and easy to move).. It was clear the cleaner did not know how to clean thoroughly or professionally. When I contacted their team to report the issue, they offered AED 35 credit for the next service, which I declined. All I wanted was for them to send another cleaner to redo the job, but they refused. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Service Market to anyone looking for reliable and quality cleaning services

Hi beautiful people around the world.The App are not able to provide 80% of their services. if you book for the service you will got a call back after 10 minutes saying you should cancel and rebook do the technical issue .if you cancel and rebook they will apply the policy so they will detect 30% of the booking amount and they are keep going with the same method. The most non-trusted app.

First u showedd a price and after u add so many extra chRges

I can’t apply discount coupons and the app is not stable. So annoying! The service that I get, from cleaning to electricians, so amazing. Lovely, hard working and professional people.
