I have use this app for 4years now. I have done some work for a lots of customer now when I have a repeat customer I am unable to find any History of what I did last time when there. Also you guy need to have tracking, have a way for technician document his arrival to the job I also want see how far from one job to the next. Please don’t get comfortable because I have seen some that I like but I like being with you guys. We need some updates

I've only been using the app for 3 weeks now, but it works great. Talked to tech support twice and got my forms setup the way I needed them. They also edited my logo to make it look much better on the service tickets. They have been very helpful with any questions that I've had. Definitely recommend this app, especially for the price.

Great app with a great website to go along. Ive seen other companies pay big money for their dispatcher programs and have to use excel for keeping track of service agreements. Servicepal does both for you and the price cant be beat. Might be confusing at first, but their customer service is always fast to respond, through email and phone. I love this app
