Garbage, don’t buy this junk it’s always crashing and causing problems

Complete garbage . Disconnected again in middle of service.. then does not show my forms that were previously on invoice.. has deleted my values that I inputted for service. If I could give it less than 1 star I would as this service costs the company HUGE EFFING DOLLARS to use each year.

This software is absolutely riddled with defects, and each new update brings another challenge. The latest software updates on an iPad and the latest software updates for ServiceTitan constantly freezes and logs out for no reason the service titan team are aware of the issue and are working on the issue but this is the companies soul software, and this is simply not acceptable.

This app is absolutely awful and malfunctions all the time. Extremely glitchy especially on a cell phone or tablet. Highly do not recommend

I can log in via the Safari web app on Apple, but can I use that mobile app with the same credentials? Why can I gain access if it's the same service?

From the price book, to the speed of writing PO’s — this app has reinvented the sales plumbing technician. This comes from a field tech using the software daily. The majority of the bugs are net code side. Hearing about the expenses of using this software it feels a little absurd in this day and age that us techs get kicked out of writing estimates when live viewing occurs from the office. Polish it is called. Yes, 5 stars is deserving for the Revolution called ServiceTitan, but the netcode needs so much work that at best currently it stands at 1 of 5. As for repeating overlays, get to work! Shops are getting insanely creative trying to get certain repetitive information out. Do the software development work, speed us up!!! Also make a smartphone interface with this, along side with polish. 99/100 techs have better cameras than the employer provided iPads. Perhaps have the smartphone version more of a drop box for the current dispatched jobs. For example, Notes, photos, and videos, simplify the interface. Allow POS at the phone... suggestions.... but polish first.

I can login to my computer with ease but my mobile creditals are invalid, what’s going on!!

.... in a business most the time is not good enough I honestly with the boss would go back to paper cus dealing with service titan is horrible at times

Can’t process payment. Always having glitches

I call for help all the time they say uninstall and reinstall which fixes it for one day then goes back to freezing. Very unsatisfied with the app
