As soon as you go into the App it white screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted my phone did I miss something

When I enter my license plate and state it says that it wasn’t found, when I took a picture of my license plate it said it didn’t recognize the image when I tried to enter in the make and model it would allow me to select anything but the year. Might be a decent app but I’ll never know since you can’t get passed step 1.

Lots of problems in the app and there is no way I can provide feedback. Service is great though.

Submitted a request that was active for a few days before closing out with no response. Happened again. I called maybe 4+ times and no one answered. It's difficult to do business with a company when I can't get a response.

Terrible company! I have a small fleet of cars that need servicing via Getaround and apparently they have a partnership with service up so i thought i would use them. I booked my service appointments through their app and their prices were really high even with my 20% discount. We negotiated a bit lower and the following day as they were about the service the vehicles, i get a text stating they are not willing to work with me since im looking for cheap products and they cannot make profit based on the price we negotiated? Ha? Who does that? Just terrible service, i would stay away from them.

That’s the App a was wait for! I had to change an oil in my Porsche Boxster and these guys picked up my car and returned it in a few hours later with oil changed for less then $200! Will use it again for sure, 5 stars!

I was slammed at work prior to going on vacation. I needed my truck serviced, and had a slow leak in a tire. I had 0 time to get this handled before vacation and knew I would come back from vacation to a fully flat tire. App was super easy to use, my truck got picked up from my office the same day (day before vacation), I was in meetings all day, I forgot my car had even gone to get fixed, came back from a meeting and found my keys on my desk- truck in perfect order. Awesome! Highly recommend, officially a lifetime user.

Car had some coolant issues and wasn’t drivable. The end to end experience on this app was great. They helped me coordinate a tow, gave me quick quotes and updates on the repair process, and dropped the car back at my front door a day later. I never had to leave my house. Highly recommend!

This app makes it so easy to get my car repaired - I filled out my information and then I spoke to Brandon, a trusted Service Advisor, to help me every step of the way! Next thing I know someone came to pick up the car. I got an estimate, I approved, then once the work was done I got the car delivered at work! This is truly the future of car repair. Never going back to the traditional way.

App and website have consistent issues when signing up, entering vehicle information, personal information, and won’t let me schedule appointments or even get free estimates. Completely buggy app and website.
