As I booked my ticket using this app this morning (September 5, 2018) for me to watch the movie on September 7, 208 in Chiang Mai. After I enter all the needed information and submit it for payment the App just buffer or loads and afterwards there’s a message saying that I have to choose another seat for the seat is already taken and when I checked my card they already charged the ticket price! So I checked my email for confirmation but there’s no ticket at all and I checked the App under Booking History again THERE IS NO HISTORY OR BOOKING AT ALL! I tried again for the second time but now i chose “Pay at a Kiosk” and it appears at the booking history but still I cancelled it since ai already booked and they already charge. Kindly fix that bug there! Thank you.

Worst payment interface ever… link with kplus app is unstable with no acknowledgement msg. // no alt. choices for user

จองตั๋วกำลังจะจ่ายเงิน แต่จ่ายเงินช้าไป(ไม่มีk plus)เด้งออกจากหน้าจอง แล้วเขียนกำกับว่าใช้สิทธิ์sf+กับหนังเรื่องนี้ไปแล้ว แต่คือยังไม่ได้จ่าย ไม่ได้ตั๋ว จบ สิทธิ์หายฟรินๆ

แอพช้ากดสมัครsf+ ไม่ได้เลยค่ะ จะเปลี่ยนเป็นล็อกอินด้วยวิธีไหนก็ไม่ได้ แอพชอบเด้งออก ได้ทำการสอบถามแอดมินไปหลายๆทางที่มีให้เป็ดถาม ผ่านมาเป็นวันก็ไม่มีแอดมินจากช่องทางไหนตอยกลับเลยค่ะ การบริการทางออนไลน์แย่มากเลยค่ะ

ไม่สามารถได้เลย แต้มที่กดแล้ว ก็เสียไปเลย ใครจะรับผิดชอบ เขียนระบบ application ได้ห่วยแตกมาก

มีให้ใส่ส่วนลดทำไม ถ้าใส่แล้วerror ทำให้เสียสิทธิฟรีๆ

ไม่มีที่เดอะมอลล์บางกะปิแล้วหรอครับ

ล่มเก่งจองยากปรับปรุงด่วน

บอกว่ามี promotion อะไรลดได้บ้าง แต่พอเลือกที่นั่งเลือกโปรที่จะใช้ ดันไม่มี จะบอกสิทธิ์เต็มก็ไม่ใช่ นี่ 7 โมงเช้า วันที่ 1 ขึ้นเดือนใหม่ก็ไม่มีให้เลือกอีก บอกว่าเฉพาะ Deluxe seat สาขาที่ร่วมรายการ Central world ไม่ร่วมรายการเพราะไม่มี Deluxe seat? ไปดู Salaya มี Deluxe seat โปรอันนั้นยังไม่มีให้เลือกเลย ไม่อยากให้ใช้ส่วนลดหรือเปล่า???

จะสลับที่จากB7ไปC7ไม่ได้แล้วยังเสียตังฟรีอีก
