Nothing beats the huge inconvenience of this app not only does it constantly glitch and lag, but it has the most terrible way finder navigation, parts of it are so incomprehensible and poorly structured I recommend avoiding this app if you are a business owner please do not put your Staff through the turmoil of dealing with this. The Deputy app is way better.

This app has so many bugs its like the designers have never completed a test run before releasing it !!! And they have certainly NEVER worked in retail before as a sales assistant because this app is unintuitive, difficult to use, and does not prioritise the needs of the user/worker. Not happy that my company switched to storeforce.

This app is horrific. The new update is so bad and way more glitchy than the old one. The old style where you could see all of your shifts in the month was so much better. Also, you have login to the app every single time which is so dumb. It’s always glitchy and jumps to the wrong date when you try to view a shift. It also won’t login at all right now, just keeps loading endlessly. I see myself missing a shift one day because of this terrible app.

My company migrated all of its employees from Deputy to Storeforce with lofty promises of improved functionality. We’re all very disappointed. The main issues are: 1. Having to log in every. single. time. (Even my mobile banking apps remember my credentials and prompt a simple pin for entry). 2. No sync with calendar (Deputy allowed auto sync to Google, iCal etc). 3. Cannot sign in and out of shift in the app. (Deputy allowed us to do this and could see our location when we were clocking on and off). 4. No notes in the shift. Manager cannot create notes under each shift and employees cannot leave a note to explain early or late finish etc. This creates extra admin or missed details. 5. Too much irrelevant info in the app. KPI and whole company wide performance is not required in a scheduling platform that I will be checking from home. And of course more issues…

It’s a decent app but please add the functionality of syncing to my iCal!!!!

I love the app I just wish it would keep me logged in

When I go to login on my mobile device the keyboard blocks majority of the screen.

it logs you out every time you close the app.

Every time I try to review my time card an I go to acknowledge it just loads and doesn’t mark it as reviewed. It’s very annoying!

Biometrics no longer work with the new "touch ID prompt" most phones no longer have touch ID, there should be a way to reenable face ID. The prompt "enable touch ID" with a yes, no, or never again, will ALWAYS be there no matter how many times you select never ask again. Terrible app.
