Most of bikes are broken / don’t exist

It’s hard to find not broken bike. You usually spend 10-15 minutes scanning all QR codes around trying to rent a bike and then it drives you mad and you finally decide to take walk instead. Not recommended.

Took a nonrefundable 7 day plan, turns out the bikes we’re standing next to don’t fall under the plan (no warning beforehand). Found bikes that do fall under the plan, then the unlocking doesn’t work (tried multiple bikes, multiple different phones, connected to internet and bluetooth on). Waste of both time and money.

Had the worst experience with this useless app after downloading the MOBIKE app, creating a MOBIKE account, loading the wallet from my bank account only to be prompted to use the SG Bike app that is supposed to be compatible with your MOBIKE account. Started from the beginning by downloading the SG BIKE app and finally could not use my phone number any more. Lost my payment, mobile data and time. Thanks for totally nothing and waisting all of the above. 👎

either there are no bikes, or the bikes are just broken. top up ten dollar and wasted my money. the $10 just sitting in my account and i can’t withdraw it.

Dishonest App making dishonest living

This is an app which keeps stealing money with its auto renewal subscription even after deleting the app! Must avoid!

I fell for their deceptive subscription plan. it dawned on me that their biz model is literally to scam people: 1) get lousy bikes and don't maintain 2) offer the cheapest bike payment plan 3) make the app UI card payment deceptive 4) $$$
