It’s hard to find any good words to describe how terrible this app and service they provide, awful service the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!! With no response from them, only chat bot with limited topics you can ask about.
The map response triggers on every touch, when you are trying to find location, messing up your navigation all the time.
It seems that people behind this app never ever used navigation apps before in their lives, didn’t even use Google Maps for a day.

I live in Sharjah. There is a marine station near me, that goes to Dubai however when I start a trip till anywhere in Dubai it doesn’t show me any route. And says “unfortunately no journey was found” how could I possibly fix it? I tried updating the preference, i turned all of the transport on and still doesn’t load me a way to get to my destination

The realtime bus tracking shows a single time for all stops. This was an error formed after the latest update. Please fix this soon so that users can track their transport correctly.

In the registration form, even after providing valid details the submit button doesn’t get enabled due to which registration is not possible.
