Shangri-La Circle

Nice app about Shangri-La hotels but it asks me to enter my member password every time when I want to see my account (even with "remember me" option checked). If I leave a long feedback it doesn't fit to the window properly.

Shangri la has the best standards in the luxury hotel industry. The app is a great bonus.

多年以來一直喜歡入住香格里拉，曾經都是鑽石貴賓，但一場疫情割斷了我的旅行之路，也失去了常駐香格里拉的機會，這次很高興突然發現了翡翠升級計畫，所以馬上加入，爭取今年重返我的鑽石寶座哦。而且這次重返羅湖香格里拉，發現有突飛猛進的飛躍，不僅大堂和客房煥然一新，客服的熱情周到也令人感動，在這裡要以一個老客人的名義給你們送上一個大大的讚👍！

Great Service, outstanding river views both from rooms and hotel lobby. Breakfast buffet is great and a must add on to your room. Staff is the best ranging from doormen to room attendants.

I have been a loyal Golden Circle member for +20 years but honestly Shangri-La sign-in process for web site and mobile app is horrible. I can receive my verification codes via both phone and email but still not able to sign in. Too complicated and stopping me from spending money at their properties. Terrible customer experience when all they talk about is their experience.

Horrible app. Never works. Do not install unless you want to waste your time on futile activities.

Terrible app and zero services, poker face when check in, only one staff for check in and wait for 23mins with no apologize, drop the card and say next, what r u? Target? No indication to a visitor, how I am suppose to know where the elevator was, and can you pretend to care? The price here is not the final price and there is no option to calculate the final price with tax and services fee. And for room, what this is, build last century? In App there is screen sharing and it was not supported. facility in room was for what? Someone born in 1920? IF YOU WANT GLOBAL MARKET, LEARN MARRIOTT, HYATT, that’s what really called services and REASONABLE price.

Staff is very friendly. Room cleaning service is outstanding. Room has been very comfortable . Love this place.😊. I have been here one month and have had zero complaints. Home away from home.
