Shapez - Body Progress Tracker vous aidera à réaliser votre transformation corporelle. Suivez vos progrès et ne perdez jamais votre motivation.
Si vous souhaitez suivre votre perte de poids ou votre gain de masse musculaire, notre application est à votre disposition pour vous aider.
Vous pouvez prendre une photo qui se trouve dans l'application ou télécharger une photo de la galerie. Vous pouvez également suivre les mesures que vous réalisez (jusqu'à 25 catégories) et également suivre votre courbe de poids.
Avec Shapez - Body Progress Tracker, vous pouvez :
- Vous fixer un objectif de poids et visualiser vos progrès.
- Sélectionner jusqu'à 11 paramètres de mesures de base. Grâce à notre abonnement Premium, vous pouvez également suivre le pourcentage de graisse corporelle, le pourcentage de masse musculaire et 9 autres paramètres de mesures + 3 paramètres de mesures personnalisés.
- Définir un code d'accès pour sécuriser l'accès à l'application.
- Définir des notifications pour vous rappeler de prendre une nouvelle photo de votre corps.
- Superposer l'appareil photo sur la dernière photo montant les progrès que vous avez réalisés.
- Voir le poids et les mensures que vous avez prises dans des tableaux.
- Faire défiler les photos les unes à la suite des autres et voir la transformation de votre corps.
- Vous pouvez comparer deux photos de vos progrès comme des photos avant et après pour voir la différence entre votre corps et les valeurs des mesures que vous avez prises.
- Enregistrer la séquence de photos en tant qu'image GIF.
- Enregistrer toutes les photos sur votre appareil.
- Avec un abonnement Premium, vous pouvez également exporter les données de mesure.
- Vous pouvez régler la fonction de retardement de l'appareil photo.
- Suivre votre IMC
- Connexion avec Apple Health

Connexion avec votre entraîneur :
- Si vous avez un entraîneur, alors il / elle peut créer un compte dans notre autre application Shapez - Trainer
- Vous pouvez trouver un entraîneur ici dans Shapez - Weight Loss Tracker et l'ajouter en tant que votre entraîneur.
- L'entraîneur pourra voir les photos et les mesures que vous avez prises de vos progrès.
- Vous pouvez désactiver la fonction permettant à votre entraîneur de voir des photos, de sorte qu'il ne puisse voir que les mesures que vous avez prises.
Plus d'informations sur l'application :
- Les photos sont enregistrées par défaut sur votre appareil, mais peuvent être configurées pour être synchronisées avec notre serveur
- Les données utilisateur telles que le poids, les mesures, etc. sont stockées en toute sécurité dans le cloud, vous avez donc tout sauvegardé en toute sécurité
- Vous pouvez définir les unités de mesure en métrique (kg / cm) ou impérial (lb / in).

This app used to be great for tracking and comparing progress pictures but ever since it switched from allowing Facebook login, it’s been unusable. If you try to login with another service it says there’s already an account associated with that email (duh but I can’t use that account anymore?) and then if you finally get in using the original login there’s invite loading screens when you try to upload pictures. I don’t use it often so I tried to give it a few months to see if the bugs would resolve but it’s just time for me to find a new progress pic app

I had tons of photos I had taken last year and the year before. I recently decided to restart taking pics. Only ONE set of front/back/side photos is still there. What a complete crock.

No verification email

I’ve tried with two different emails to register and I have never received the verification email to log in. I have looked in spam and any other folder it could have went into. Very disappointing.

Free version not useful

This app is not easy to use. I can’t see my old data, once I put in my new. My old pics were not saved from old phone to new. The functionality of the free version is basically useless.

Great for progress pics if you’re trying to slim down or bulk up. It’s easy to use and I like the ghost image interface, very helpful.

I love this app. I’ve used it to track my own progress and as a personal trainer, I’ve also recommended it to all my clients. Really I wish that there was a version that I could have a “team” where I have access to my team’s photos to track their progress in one place.

Will not save pics

Pressed check mark to save pics and it’s at 100% but does not save at all. If you close the app and reopen it says would you like to save your previous progress and when you do it does the same thing and doesn’t save. I see other reviewers are reporting the same issue and you still haven’t fixed it.

Won’t save second profess picture

I’ve waited ten minutes on 100% saved. The pictures will not fully save. If I try to exit it will tell me the next time I open the app that the progress photos are still only a draft.

Great app but needs two things

I really appreciate that this app has a timer for photos, an overlay so you can line up your photos, and that the gallery is password protected. The two things I would change: 1. Give the option for longer passcodes than a 4 digit number (better security) 2. Don’t have the start up screen when you login be the progress photos Other than that, I enjoy this app’s features and look forward to any updates.
