You can choose between two types of subscription:

Payment will be charged through the App Store for a one-year or one-month period, with automatic renewal unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your subscription and deactivation of the Shared Premium auto-renewal can be managed in your Apple account settings after purchase.
