You can choose from several subscription types:

Your payment will be made through App Store for one year (PREMIUM YEARLY) or one month (PREMIUM MONTHLY).
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
After purchase, you can manage your Shared Premium subscription in your Apple account settings. You can turn off automatic renewal in the same way.
