Dear Sir/Ma’am, I wanted to raise a complaint about a fraud but couldn’t go through to the required section. This app if we improve the UX can be very helpful for the users

It takes hard time to login to the application. It’s not user friendly. Need to hire a good app developer.

1.)When I tried to login using UAE Pass, it shows an error of “User cancelled the Login” while I have approved the login from UAE Pass application. 2.) After created a new account got an email; Clicked the verify button and got option to create password, while entered the both password and submit, it shows an error of “Internal error 500”. 3.) While tried to login using otp, “it says “user not found” error. 4.)While tried to reset password using forget password option, it says “user not found” error.

Hard to access

After filling the login details it saying “something went wrong"; Also, I have tried with UAE pass but still the error is same!!

محتاج كثيرر من التطوير و اتمنى يكون في برنامج خاص لي افراد الشرطة يستطيع الفرد من الخلال البرنامج طلب اوراق رسمية و طلب اجازة و كتابة التقرير و ادخال و ثائق يخص الفرد

It’s difficult to set up an account. After information input I have already created my password, but after email verification it will ask you to again set your password but it won’t accept any password even after following the password requirements. Even adding nickname for this comment is frustrating!

Unable to create account and once I tried again it shows that my account/user created. But still couldn’t log in التطبيق جدا غريب حيث اني انشات حساب ولا يمكنني الدخول له ولم استطيع ان اعمل حساب جديد لانه يعطيني ان حسابي فعال !!!
