I log in then nothing loads up. Terrible app

I never wrote any review for any app. I fueled and paid for the petrol in the app. A few days later I received a letter from NSW police. The Strathfield Coles express literally reported me to the police for fuel theft just because they don’t know the existence of in-app payment. Never had any problem with BP’s in-app payment.

The app has not been updated for a year I’ve got no idea how to login, it never works Worst app I’ve ever tried

I now got to Ampol as I can pay for fuel, use my discounts and use Apple Pay or credit card. All the things this app can not do! Don’t waste your time here.

I have been trying to use this app for over a year now and have never been able to login. I often receive promotional emails about this app yet still doesn’t work. Wondering how long it will take for Shell to address this issue?

App won’t let me login. Same issue as everyone else on here.

Kind of agree with the last review that this hasn't been well implemented. When paying via the app, the app appears to always have been logged out. Too fidly. Have to resort to using the physical card anyway. How about implementing an Apple Pay solution rather than be reliant on another app?

Once you provide your login info app doesn’t do anything but comes back to login screen and seems like a boot lag.

App is terrible. Go through the 8 step a. King creation process only to not be able to progress st the final stage. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
