Shell Recharge

Breaks down frequently. Management is disinterested in feedback. No response from emailing them. No hotline etc. Absolute embarrassment from a world brand. The local brands (SP, Keppel, Etc) put Shell to shame.

I got additional charges of SGD 60 for nothing.

Hello..When are u guys going to activate the charger at 290 Compassvale Cres Carpark Charger? It has been there for awhile, already powered on yet system is not updated? 22/08/23 Hello there..if u guys not going to activate the charger then please dismantle it..do not waste parking space..

Error communicating with Braintree shown when I wanted to add the credit card. Delete and reinstall still not working, guess you don’t want my money

Been trying to load the map to charge my car for 20 min, keeps showing map offline. Restarted my phone, still can’t load the map. 3 times this has happened on separate occasions. Please fix.

High chance when you go charging the system show offline or unavailable. I go for 10 times different charger only can charge for 1-2times

I have been driving EV for the past 6 months and frequent Shell Recharge! Firstly, the card given to me doesn’t work, always prompting “Error”. Secondly, the search often unsuccessful! Thirdly, when at the station which show available, but often faulty! The status of the availability often not accurate, wasting of time going to the station!

App keep loading, freeze & lagging. Useless app.

Very lousy app. Not country specific. Ugly interface. Completely useless. Tried to link a physical RFID card, but payment can only be made through e-wallet or credit card, cannot link to RFID card which has credits. Need a total revamp. Availability of chargers also not updated real-time.

Shell Charging is really useless. Provide charging capacity is inadequate. What is the point offering both AC and DC but can only use one at a time. Obviously is meant for 1 car per station. Terrible support, the ewallet has remaining credit of $25 but it charged till $5 and sometime $3+ and the charger auto stop. It does not utilised fully of the remaining we have credit.
