Never seen a worse mismanaged company! They went from a concept to bottom line within a few years! Absolute bunch of unprofessionals, outsourcing support to incompetent services, have lost most big clients front right and centre to the competition and to top it all up, they make their professional, good drivers leave or they kick them off for made-up misconduct or breaching their insane strickt „guidelines“! No wonder clients have turned their back on you!!

Proof of delivery doesn’t work sometimes

They don’t pay for waiting times. Although they mention on their websites that they do, but they always find fake excuses not to do so. They say that delivery was ready to pick up but you don’t pick it up intentionally. Doesn’t they know I can’t break a long queue and just stand at the counter? Pat Lee is very unprofessional. He even gave verbal warnings that we don’t tolerate this behaviour. Listen Pat Lee, even we drivers don’t tolerate your toxic behaviour. For drivers - If you feel like you have to wait in queue for long, cancel the delivery, as you will only waste your time to wait for 20-30 minutes and do delivery of 20+ KG groceries in 40-50 minutes just to get 8$. Charity!

Bad and poor support staff Once I got a delivery and at delivery address I found the address was not accurate. Then I call the support and then after giving call to every body they told me to return to store I straight away come to store to deliver the order (I travelled 18km) and found store was closed I again call to support for 30 minutes she stayed in a argument that I have to deliver the order of flowers back on Monday after taking care of the flowers for 2 more days with same pay and I will not going to get anything extra. And after that she put the job on hold on Monday I again wasted my half an hour with them to get the delivery open again and delivered the flowers and today I found that my payment is hold without informing me and I already worked for 300$ this week as well. Now I need to make a payment for my rent and I am looking here and there.

My experience with Sherpa has been incredibly frustrating. While support is generally responsive, they conveniently take much longer when asked to mark an order as a return due to an unavailable customer—sometimes 15-20 minutes, other times up to 45 minutes. Since Sherpa doesn’t have to pay for this extra time, They take pride in extending boundries for modern-day slavery. To make matters worse, they unfairly dismissed my account despite following all procedures. Sherpa needs to take accountability and treat its contractors fairly.

Got some problems with the app on my Samsung phone, contacted to the app developer, they are very helpful to sorted out the software issue. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Now sherpa is giving very low rates for all orders expect apple orders. 1 to 25 kg just 7.91$ which is very low Firstly, the minimum delivery rate was 10.57$ so fuel price increasing but delivery fee is reducing which is not good.

This application aims to make workers do their best to pick up and deliver on time with low wages and poor treatment, besides this, my last Colombian partners applied and were rejected because they were Latino and because their English was not perfect. I checked the App ranking and it was 2 stars. It is better to choose other options. I don´t recommend this app to Australia.
