The paint selection part of the app is great however, it would be nice if the point at which you choose your payment method wasn’t so hard to find at the bottom and end of the process and was at the top of the page labeled clearly “Select payment option” and it also allowed your card on file to be used as default instead of the credit account attached to it that would be sweet!

I can’t even search for an item because nothing happened when I touch the search bar. Nothing loads on the clickable areas. Please help!

Click “shop” I get a white screen. Click “new bid” won’t open at all. It won’t even acknowledge I’m pressing it. Lets me look at ladders tho, big deal…I need paint!! Not even 1 star in my book.

I have deleted it and reinstalled three times now and it does not work. I go to click on the search area. It won’t allow me to type. Nothing comes up. I try to touch the sales and different things to shop goes to a blank page. I have no idea why it’s not working.

Let us order from another store without it having to be set as favorite.

Please fix this app!!

Worthless most of the time too many bugs

Followed directions to set up and app doesn’t function for me with help from store manager. Loss of discount promised if signed up through app. App will not allow me to search, shop, view, type or engage with business. Time waster and failed sales device. Competitor has me set up with better prices and a functioning online application interface.

For a company as big as Sherwin Williams you would think they would have a top notch app. Nope. If I painted like their app worked, I’d be out of business!
