I liked the last version better. This version takes time to load then sync! By the time it opens good shift are taken with no choice.

Having a shift for current day(today) doesn’t appear. Only the shift(pickup/rostered) for the next days appears but not the shift for today. It hard to check what time when it doesn’t show on the screen.

I can’t even see the available shifts, my company doesn’t know how to fix it either

As soon as I login, a box pops up, asking to change password. Even after filling the boxes in the Submit button not highlighted. Unable to see shifts. Have deleted the app several times. Seems to be a frequent problem 🙁

I only work in emergency but can’t see any emergency shifts. Says I’m emergency qualified on both work and phone profiles but still can’t see any shifts available in emergency on the app.

Hi, could someone help me change my password. I already have several attempts, but keep on receiver error notification

I have turned on the notification in settings but still not showing up any notification when shifts are Available. I used to get notifications before but not lately.

Have deleted and redownload the all multiple times. Continues to say password reset timed out. Contacted manager to reset and still the same issue. No luck being able to sign in, does not work

It’s been a pain trying to change the password. Can’t access the app, when changing the password the submit button not working. The app has been deleted multiple times and re-download it multiple times with the aims of getting it work but nothing. I am sign in the app but can’t access it as it keeps asking me to change password.

Even though I have the Badges turned on in the phone settings, the badges are not showing on the app. App would be a lot better if you could change the notification sound to something of your choice, ie something you can actually hear.
