ShipStation Mobile

Almost always hangs when manually downloading orders. Intensely frustrating. This has been going on for 2 years now so Shipstation has had plenty of opportunity to fix this. They’ve just chosen not to.

Should be able to filter by store for multi store accounts along with ability to look at more analytics

Shipstation switched from shipsurance to parcel guard insurance awhile back. The mobile app apparently hasn’t updated and I am unable to purchase insurance on my labels using mobile app because it continues to show “shipsurance” instead of parcel guard and I get an error message when I try make a label with insurance now. Useless

Both the app and the website versions keep getting progressively worse with each update. The app no longer shows me the full list of items ordered on each order making it harder to fulfill orders. The website also continues to get worse. I used be be able to see all details of an order by simply clicking on it once. Now it seems you need more clicks to view the same information and it wont show all the order information on one screen. I used to love the old set up but maybe its time to move on to a better option.

There isn’t much point to the app. The mobile view through your web browser doesn’t even work, but this temperamental app is just as useless. Filtering and searching for orders is exasperatingly slow. For perspective, to lookup order details on 5 (five!!) orders, it’s faster to walk across the 15,000 sq ft. warehouse, go up the stairs and use the desktop. SHIPSTATION C’MON!! Please prioritize the app! ** EDIT: 2024 - the speed has improved, but the lack of functionality still makes this app pointless. - The UI to view orders hasn’t changed in AT LEAST 5 years.

This platform absolutely transformed my business. It provides so much more sales information than I got from my Squarespace website and works so well. I could not possibly have gotten out as many mail orders as I did had I not found it.

Taking forever for orders to show. No one in the technical department knows what the issue. It’s easy to use platform but not fitting my needs.

So last month I got three orders and when I went to go see if they were on my ShipStation they weren’t there but this month I got an order and it got through. I’m wondering why last months orders didn’t come through but this month’s orders did but this app is good.
