The go to app for changing my mental wellbeing
The shivyog play app has been my go to daily app for the last 4 years for my mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It has been life transforming with videos, exercises and meditations in English and Hindi. Highly recommended to any seekers out there looking for a deeper connection to universal consciousness.

My one and only go to for de-stressing, uplifting, revitalising, regenerating and keeping me going. If I didn’t have Shivyog and Yoga of Immortals I wouldn’t have been able to come off strong pain killers so easily (within one day) let alone be able to continue with things nearly as much as normal following an injury - to be where I am now definitely of the mindset that I will get better and better and better😊. The more I keep doing the practice the more peaceful I feel and the better I feel. I start my day with Shivyog practices and keep doing whatever I can during the day as I go about my work and activities - and finally end my day with Shivyog. All I can say is I’m just soooo grateful to have this tremendous resource of the SY app! Thank you Babaji and Ishanji.
