What happened? This is not Shockwave

Hadn’t used the app in a couple of years. Decided I wanted to shake things up and start doing Shockwave again. This app used to be great for that. I could generate a workout series based on equipment, time and level. No longer. Now a worthless app. Don’t waste your time.

This is showckwave any more. you less then the free pdf know.

I purchased shockwave prodical generator. your update removed the generator and it removed key fetures from the shockwave protocol. It doesn't have Elecet reps or PSR sets. With out that this isn't shockwave protocol. shockwave protocol come in a free pdf. The only reason to get this app was to get generated work outs and it doesnt' do that any more . And what it doe give is not even shockwave protocol

Absolutely Horrible

Kiefer is gone. The plan is gone and the social aspect is gone. They ruined the app and everything that I paid for. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Terrible in workout

The idea is great but no matter what i do when it hits a psr workout it finishes my workout without me doing anything. Not something you want to pay $12 for and have to i terrupt your workout the whole time trying to mess with an app on your phone thats supposed to make it easy

Terrible update!

If I could give it no stars, I would! I cannot get the latest version to stay open or function at all even when it stays open. Hurry up and fix it!!!

A bit of a let down

I really wanted to love this app. But considering what I know about the author and his attention to detail this misses the mark. When I try to customize it, the app still puts exercises in my workout that requires the equipment I told it I don't have and it really doesn't follow shockwave protocol the way it should. I'll keep my fingers crossed that some extra effort is put into an update!!! BTW I spent 20$ on the expansion packs.....wasn't really worth it. Please fix ASAP

Lost purchases

It won't connect to Facebook therefore I can't restore my purchases

Waste

This app has nothing to do with the Shockwave protocol. It's just a bunch of random workouts- some are in the SWP some are not and it. I also bought some of the expansion packs...waste of money. You can get all of this stuff and more in other free apps.

Doesn't load.

It still doesn't load on iPhone or iPad. Had same issue a year ago and now I tried again for same result.

GREAT APP.

Anyone that wants to work out and at lease get fit/ lose pounds and know what and how to do work outs, this is the app you need
