Good

Shohoz food app is very good. I used it many times. The delivery is prompt and delivery charge affordable. But in recent times shohoz grocery is charging tk.100 delivery charge which is much more than other service providers.

Cheater. Stop downloading this app

They are the cheater. I bought a ticket from shohoz.com. But the ticket was cancelled. They said they will give me my money back with in 10 working days. After one month they said they need more time. I again called them they said, if you face problem please send mail to shohoz.com. I sent mail to them. But they didn’t reply. And i didn’t receive any money. This is how they cheat with people and earn money.

Poor technical support

Discount offering but not applicable due to technical error! How funny!!!

Worst Service

I faced worst service of Shohoj and Saudia together. If you want to purchase problem/issue, buy ticket via Shohoj.com.

No user friendly

Search in app not in browser. This will help you ux and do good in the long run.

Plz switch the confirmation button process and cancel

They are doing scam in Bangladesh railway

Uninstalling because of their railway scam. Simply ridiculous.

Add more travel companies.

More companies for bus tickets such as - Green line Paribahan, Shohagh Paribahan, Desh Travels, Soudia, Paharika, Purabi Paribahan, Purbani Paribahan etc should be added. There are no options to buy ticket for saint martin. Many more destinations & travel companies should be added as soon as possible.

Broke heart

They removed their food delivery facilities so I’m hurt!
