Not a good app
Mirroring level of service provided and by this company, the app isn’t good. Does not look like it’s properly integrated because the shipments does not show once received. Can’t tell old and new shipment easily and many other issues. Dealing with Aramex is frustrating on so many levels.

Horrible service
Worst service I have experienced in a long time. They managed to lose 2 shipments from 2 different countries that were delivered to them on the 28th of February. Many calls later from my side chasing them and unfulfilled promises from their side, I only managed to recover 1 of them. One and a half months later, no sign of the other shipment. They never call back with updates inspite of the open case. Just disgusting!
Useless
The App is useless the rate calculator is not functioning for more than a week!!!
Very bad
Very bad application, when you trying to submit a declaration form the app keeps loading. And can’t open my package also from the laptop it the same issue. One star is fair enough.
App not working
I installed and reinstalled the app twice, every time I open it, it just shows the logo! And that’s it!!!
Attack from a fan actually 🤕
Although the facelift of the app is neat, the functionality took a turn to the worst? Why are companies so stupid they always destroy a working product? Never ceases across the board! Showing you the magnificence of the human brain farts masquerading as genius! This is about the App and by no means a degradation of the great logistics aspect
Worst update
The app is not working properly with the new update.. you can’t even calculate your rate 👎🏼
Its getting worse
I am losing faith in this service. I will try to find another one. The staff is unprofessional.
