Shopkick: Gift Cards Rewards

I’ve been trying to redeem points for a gift card for 3 weeks. Dozens of emails to customer service only to receive BOT cut-and-paste responses. Not resolved. Now they’ve closed my account, took away my reward points and a gift card i EARNED. Do not use this app. Waste of time and nothing but aggravation. They also will block you on Instagram if you dare to ask a question or say anything remotely negative.

Be careful of using this app they can get your information while you turn the camera to scan the product, make sure don’t turn it to any of your information they record everything from the time you started click the scan botton❌🚫❌🚫

Thought I’d try this again. Went to Walmart and it didn’t detect I was there. This was the reason I deleted it.

Issues with scans when I attempted for the exact item in the picture and in the description. It kept saying it was the wrong item when it wasn’t. Receipt idea to make easier would be to just scan bar code and it automatically finds the items from the list.

It looked really interesting at first but as soon as I wanted to redeem my gift card all of a sudden the services don’t work anymore and can’t redeem it. The other features work great but once you want your gift card it no longer wants to work.

Only one issue occurred with the app where i redeemed a card and it didn't give me anything. I sent a email but they were kind enough to give me my kicks back! :) 🤍

After finding out my account has been suspended due to me simply getting anew phone and logging into said new phone, I emailed them and got told that I violated multiple account abuse and that there was nothing they could do. I have at least $50 worth of points that I cannot redeem in the app. The whole ordeal is unprofessional and I wish they’d get in contact with their customers.

I have had the app for many years , always thought it was pretty good until last night when I purchased a Walmart gift card which I never received. I emailed then in the help center. Of course they can “not “ help check my rewards which was the first place I checked for my gift card, and I’ve rechecked and rechecked so I’ve lost all those points to buy a 25.00 gift card which I’ve never received!! I’m totally disappointed in this app. Best regards Kirk ??? What??

This afternoon I was attempting to cash in some kicks for a transfer to PayPal. After several attempts and redownloading the app I still received a messaging saying the transaction couldn’t be completed. I sent a request for help to customer service via the app expecting not to receive a response until Tuesday due to the holiday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within a few hours from Marc asking me to try again. The problem was solved! Thank you for the exceptional and speedy customer service Marc!
