Shopkick: Shop to Earn Rewards

They steal your kicks after being credited!! They have stole over $200 from me and their customer service just responds with the same generic response. Beware before downloading this app, they commit fraud.

Was a great app for rebates until they changed their terms and conditions without warning. They took two days to approve receipt and then without warning they took back the credits a week later because they said they awarded too many offers and that disqualified mine! Waste of time and money, new terms state they can change rebate and take back at anytime so don’t waste your time !

I used to trust this app, but after the Old Spice failure, I no longer do. I don’t see the point in using an app that takes away my kicks just because it can. Very disappointed.

They didn’t honor many offers even if you buy the exact items. Total scam

I’ve been using this app for about a year and never have I seen this happen. I had an offer for the old spice deodorants and submitted it but it was rejected. There were a lot of people submitting for the rebate and thought they were going to receive the kicks. They instead reversed so many peoples kicks. This is so upsetting since it was clearly advertised on the app. Not sure why they won’t do the right thing and give us our kicks back. I will no longer be using this app as they have been caught doing fraudulent activity.

Took away kicks. Will be deleting app.

They went over budget on their Old Spice deal (where you could get cash back for buying their products in store), and instead of owning up to their mistake are punishing thousands of customers a week after they earned money by stealing the money out of their accounts and cancelling the gift cards they earned. They also are demanding w9s from people who don’t owe them because they are claiming support credits for cash back purchases as a non-cash back kick. I’ve reported them to the FTC and to P&G (owners of Old Spice.)

They allowed and APPROVED $200 in rebates to my account then continently disabled the PayPal option to redeem temporarily. While waiting for it to come back available they decided they didn’t like how many people used the rebate so they STOLE the $200 that was already credited and approved to my account back claiming “we could not award your recent receipt” completely ignored that it was already approved, awarded, credited to my account for a week now. If you value your money do not download and use this app. I’m now out $204 and there are TONS of other who also got burned right after Christmas by this app the exact same way.

After the scam they pulled. I deleted the app and will never do business with them again. So many better rebate apps out there

WAS one of the BEST apps! If you have bought Old Spice recently, then say bye bye to those kicks! They have reversed your kicks!!!!!! STOLEN your kicks!!! Added some shadiness too their terms and services. They’ve played nasty games with gift cards and PayPal. They been doing us dirty! Download and use at your own risk!
