New update problem - checking out cart and app asking for pin location but cannot pin
I had a series of complications that were both time-consuming and stressful using this app. I attempted to complete my payment using the link provided by PAYNAMICS through a Viber message. Despite two failed transactions with my debit card, I proceeded to pay using my PayMaya wallet. My PayMaya account was charged.I even contacted PayMaya Customer Care to verify this transaction, and they confirmed the payment was successful. Despite providing all necessary proof of payment to your Viber account and following up multiple times, I was informed that your system still registered the payment as failed.
Ang bagal sobra ng shopsm o website. Tapos delivery charge ang mahal. Di ko pa magamit smac ko saka pwd discount. Nag hahang sa TNC. Walang mga vegetables available.

I don’t know if SM actually tried using this app. It’s extremely slow and buggy. Incompetent app developers. This is by far the worst shopping app I’ve ever encountered. Stocks are not even updated. March 2024 Update: It’s still the worst. SM never bothered fixing this app.
Slow and often have issues, missing items in cart. No landscape option for ipad
This app keeps making me nervous when I pay. The order status is pending or “awaiting payment” even though paynamics already said the transaction was successful. Order status is not updated quickly. This also happened months ago, so not sure if they are aware of the issue, or if they do bug fixes.
SM has been neglecting this app!!! I spend time choosing the items I need but I get a different order every time!!!! When I asked Customer Service at SM Hypermarket, they couldn’t give me an answer. I also sent a feedback but that too is ignored. WALANG KWENTA ANG SM! SM is backward. Technology is beyond them!!!!
