Don’t recommend customer service never gives a real response and ordering team takes too long to place the order I made the order shop for me on shop X its been 10 days and the item wasn’t even bought from the website I wanted the item from who knows when they will ever even purchase the item

Shopxco started as a respectful website that used to deliver the order right away be very transparent about delivery had a couple of orders with them a year back, so when I came to use them this time, they have upgraded to an app , which shows the shipment dates from US and other countries, so I placed an order beginning of Sep and it got delivered to them on Sep 15th, and there was a shipment leaving on the 19th, but they shipped it on Sep 22nd and they say it take 3-7 business to be delivered, tried to contact their customer service they don’t know how to deal with consumers and satisfy them they just have memorized words they say. The frustration comes from putting a shipment date which I built a timeline on to ensure delivery of this dress by certain date cause I have a wedding, they shipped it on a later date they dont write any rules of what there shipments are based on they get to decide when it leaves and then say we’re sticking to our delivery time frame, they don’t provide courier number, they don’t help on tracing the shipment NOTHING EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
