I am so disappointed with this app. I bought a yearly subscription and it stop working. It’s suppose to end on the 4th Dec. I felt cheated and there is no support that can help me restore my purchase. The restore purchase button does nothing. I want my money back. If I can, I would give zero rating. None of the other app that I have bought have this issue

I got refunded for yearly subscribed which is didn’t work. still it wouldn’t give me refund for monthly subscribed which is didn’t work either, from apple support it said not eligible for refund, what a scam! If didn’t work of course i have right to get my money back! Also I have sent complaints via the feedback link and email. I really sorry to subscribed again, it was happen before didn’t work the subscribed but it’s refunded, not this time wouldn’t give refund. Don’t use this app!

I also subscribed to the weekly option which didn’t work. I have sent two complaints via the feedback link with no contact. Do NOT subscribe to this. Total rip-off.

I bought annual plan, but the movies are not unlock. But my money was deducted from my apple account.

I’m halfway through one series and already spent $50. This is way too expensive. Most other apps have $20 per week unlimited but this app is $15 per week just for a limited amount of coins. Stories seem good but cost is too high.

Took my money and did not honor it. I paid for the weekly subscription, and my account was charged. However, I do not have access to the shorts! I have emailed the address in the privacy policy and terms and uses pages. I have received no response. Who do I get in touch with to remedy this issue?

I subscribe for a week because a wanted to watch a short drama called. Lives distant shore that they supposedly had. I paid 19.99 sice they had a promotion. I go and look for the drama and it said not found so i try to look at other options and nothing. So i try login i go to my subscription and it said restore subscription. Since i had already paid I press it and it and instead of fixing my problem it charge me 29.99. I contacted via message from the app and i dint received a reply. So I asked for a refund and they refuse because they wanted to know more. I explain like I’m doing right now and they still refuse to give me a refund. Its disappointing. They took 49.98 from me and i cant even watch a full series on this app. Save your money don’t get scam like i did.

This app is one lie after the other... They told me to Invite a friend for 500 coins. LIARS!!! Not only did I get coins I was highly disappointed and frankly put off from using this whole app entirely!!! You lost a costumer I hope your satisfied from your greed! 0/10 would not recommend.
