Hi guys I am not able to log in. It keeps saying “something went wrong could not validate your phone number” could you please fix it.

So grateful to have access to shortcut to come come, color, style, and blow out my hair at my home. Have had them come to my home many times and loved each person who came. Professional, clean, friendly stylists who do an amazing job! Can’t wait for my next service.

DO NOT TRUST THESE CREEPS. Downloaded the app once, when it was first launched, to check it out; deleted it. YEARS AGO. Never created an account or agreed to any communication or info sharing. Got a spam text today using my first name and directing me to open the app. Will be notifying Apple. Will also be looking in to any class action lawsuits that stop this invasive behavior.

Booked a barber, he canceled at the last minute, then the support concierge simply tried to reschedule me with the same guy the next day. Really tons-deaf and shows a lack of concern for customers. Do not recommend.

I have an iphone SE 1st gen. My phone is still supported and gets latest updates as far as I know. But it has a small screen. When I enter the app, I get a pop-up with covid-19 info. The button is far too down for me to click it. It’s been made only for bigger phones. Thus I cannot say how good this app is, bc it’s unusable for me
