The app is basic to say the least and functions correctly maybe 5% of the time, once you have connected and reconnected the shower controller multiple times! Trying to delete a shower and re-add it leads to the app crashing saying it is not logged in. When you log back in the shower you are trying to delete to re-add has reappeared it’s original guise as if by magic. If you are going to build a smart shower either let it be handled by proper home control apps or thoroughly test your own app before releasing it to the market and frustrating your customers by letting down what is a great product!

app will not accept any email so can’t register so can’t use it!!!!!

I can’t even get as far as setting up an account on the app. I enter my first name, then last name, then email……then “oops something went wrong {error code}. Not even an error code. I’ve tried 4 phones and 3 iPads. All with the same results.

Was working fine, app upgraded itself (March 2023) now doesn’t work.

Multiple times now I have been unable to Use the app to Turn on the shower, saying there is a connection issue, when my internet is working on all other devices in the house. This is not the first time that this has happened. Continues issues with the app. Even having issues with logging in and out, saying error. Very poor design. This needs to be sorted out.

App is completely broken for few days. Throws error “{code}” on opening. Is this the end of Aqualisa?

My Shower as a SMART SHOWER has connected once and once only since we purchased it a few months ago. The app never ever works , the smart home capabilities never ever connected and it’s totally pointless as a smarted device . I have lots of smart devices in my Home . I’ve never seen such a disgraceful product, app and tech support as this ! IF YOU WANT A SMART SHOWER DO NOT BUY AN AQUALISA!!!

Just set it up. Wifi connected ok but the ShowerMe just doesn’t work. Every time it says “ShowerMe preparing shower error” I paid extra for a smart shower but either app or shower isn’t fit for purpose.

The app doesn’t work, every time I try to log in it comes up with a network error! Even the password recovery site is not secure. For the amount you pay for shower you would expect a better app!

Shower only turns on >50% of the time, either via the app or Alexa. Very frustrating and poor considering the cost of the shower! Sometimes the showers response to turn on is delayed which meant I’ve come home to the shower running! Aqualisa’s own engineer told me not to bother the app.
