There was an amount in the account and when i tried to use it some error happened and payment didn't go through so the order was not placed but the amount in shukran card was gone, i contacted customer service but its been a month and they had not resolved it, they say they are working on it so i asked them to keep the money. worst experience. They just don't care. Why give money if you want to take it back, pathetic.
Always need to update phone number and the previous points get vanished.. Can't see any number or no password reset option
Every time you update it is asking username and password, where no apps does, it’s annoying.
Very nice app with the new UI. First app in the Bahrain 🇧🇭 of this kind which supports Apple wallet.
Its a nice app giving us value back and complete transparency on our latest transactions and points available for redemptions. Light weight app and not taking much space of phone memory. Customer friendly app with latest offers/ available coupons and Virtual card (plastic less card)
The app is freezing doesn’t move beyond the launch screen
The calculator doesn't have an option to select the store, also doesn't have the shukran convertor, neither it shows on the account how much shukran I have earned on the previous or current transactions. Just displays the amount that I have spend. Need to improve your application.
Great app and interface! Best for understanding with whats happening with Shukran. Dont need to worry about carrying a Shukran card with virtual card. Kudos!
Do a reinstall and re-login, and it should fix the issue. Otherwise a nice update.
