It is very difficult to use and options are limited compared to all other banks operating in UAE. We cannot upload documents as well.

لايعمل بشكل جيد ، دائماً في مشاكل في تسجيل الدخول ، اذا نزل تحديث المشاكل اكثر من الاصلاحات حتى نجمة كثير عليه

I love the app

Very slow and they let me a lot of fees because I wasn’t able to upload the document

Starting version 2.7 biometric authentication had issues now version 2.8 still the biometric authentication not working , once the OTP is submitted it gives error of something went wrong please try later , this very annoying and causing business loss

I am going to open a different bank account in a different bank just because of how bad this app is. My business needs fast transactions and there’s always problems with this app that hinders my work

It’s time consuming and has a lot off error , worst Wsp in history

It’s not user friendly at all, so many errors. Many times while trying to transfer it doesn’t give the dropdown list of purpose of transfer. Today I am just unable to make a transfer since one hour, it says invalid OTP verification or register again with biometrics - I am already logged in with correct password . It’s just so frustrating when u have applications like ENBD super smooth. I try call them the IVR doesn’t accept any input, says I’ve not selected any input and exceeded the trials and disconnects. Unexpected from a bank in UAE!

أستغرب كيف البنك يسمح لمبرمجين مبتدئين ومايعرفون يشتغلون يسوولهم تطبيق نحن نحول فيه مبالغ كبيرة يوميا، التطبيق دايما يعلق ومايفتح، تضغط دخول ، يختفي زر الدخول ويتم على الشاشة الزرقاء يا ريت من البنك يستثمرون شوي أكثر في الخدمات الالكترونية ويجيبون شركات افضل للتطبيق حفاظا على سمعتهم وحفاظا على اموالنا
