التطبيق يعاني من مشاكل في استعماله خارج الدولة

I’m can’t open account and for obviously no reason and when I asked why they said it’s from the management department they’re not allowing you to open a degital account (free) If you want to open come to the branch and we’ll help you to open account for you That i must have at least 1000 or 2000 Aed at least or it will deduct money.

ما تقدر تدفع أي معاملات مع وزارة الصحة،ليش ما يستوي أدفع/ تجديد بطاقة/استخراج شهادة ميلاد….الخ

Very bad service Very bad service . I am calling them since last 2 days they are not responding and my payment are not transferring

Not recommended ,Worst experience ever.

I downloaded to three different mobile devices. The Enable Biometric Security msg keeps showing even after being enabled for several other applications. Remove, redownload etc… Nothing is working

By using sib mobile app I can’t able to download estatement

The app requires to scan our national ID to open a digital account. But the app is not asking for permission to access camera. So, I couldn’t open a digital account.

I cannot copy and paste iban Biometric is not working forever The application is lagging The customer service cannot do anything if you got blocked in the application
