I use the mobile deposit for small checks, and what use to clear in a day, almost take 4 days to clear. Will be closing accounts because their upgrade has made banking unpleasant.

For a Credit Union app, I was surprised by all I was able to do. Transfers (internally and to my outside bank accounts), deposit checks, view statements, search locations, enable alerts, etc. I’m also able to login via Face ID which is very convenient. This app has been completely reliable for me so far.

Well I’m not happy with the latest comments but I’ll give it a go. The Android app never gave me a bit of problem. I’m sure SF has Apple support so I’m curious why the comments aren’t better. I’ll update once I have a chance to use.

I have always lived in the United States and dealt in dollars. After using this app successfully many times it now is showing all of my account balances in EUROS. It will not allow me to take a picture of a check and deposit it because it changes the amount into euros as soon as I start typing.

Fine but didn’t allow me to download pdf statments

Unreliable when needed it the most. very little banking function like the option to deposit via app also no way to see any pending transactions not yet posted on your account. Switching banks soon. Bye Bye.

This new app version is absolutely horrendous. It’s like a kindergarten version of an app. I have to log into website now for most everything needed. First you move your branch out of area, then you make mobile banking almost impossible. It’s like you don’t want members.

This app has to be the worst banking app out there. How is it in 2018 there’s no mobile deposit capabilities. You can’t even lock/freeze your card if you misplaced it. I hope the banking experience is better than the app. Otherwise I will be moving my money soon.

This version does it all!
