Why does the experience have to be so bad?
First of all all, there were stability issues. Now they seem to have been solved but I am still anxious every time to use this app. Not sure how long will it take to restore the trust. Second, the experience is high-friction and uncomfortable. I use Siirto to save time sometimes. E.g., in a web shop I chose to pay via Siirto because it is faster than entering my personal number and using Codes app. But Siirto basically every time asks me for confirmation. So I still have to enter my bank number and then confirm in Codes app (this time apps open automatically at least which is better experience than the one that browser provides). Still so many movements to make some 40 euro payment (enter phone, tap the notification, swipe, enter online bank id, confirm, switch)! Things should be simpler! If you want confirmation, use biometric one!
