Silatha has a two-fold approach to creating psychological safety by providing companies with specific support and education for the entire organisation.
The 12-month Specific Support Programs provided include Parenthood and Career, Female Leadership, Menopause and Pregnancy Loss, Monthly Cycle, and Fertility Journeys. The program aims to improve employees' emotional and overall well-being by combining peer-to-peer support, webinars, expert sessions, coaching, and mindfulness. Our unique program is designed to reduce stress, build resilience, enable personal growth and confidence, and better cope with life's challenges.
To foster an environment where people can be authentic, we need to educate the entire company on what colleagues are experiencing. This builds empathy and makes it easier to have open conversations. Silatha offers two 8 Month Educational Programs on Taboo Topics and Biases. Employees first go through a perception check to become aware of their misconceptions or biases. Then they learn from all of our inspirational experts and ingrain the information learned through trivia and gamification. Monthly challenges and reflection sessions over the 8 months truly create behaviour change.
