Play the affirmations on a loop for at least 10 minutes in the morning when you first wake up, 10 minutes at night before you go to sleep and whenever your mind starts to think fearful thoughts about the breakup.
Listen to the same affirmations for at least 21 days in a row, in order to re-program your subconscious mind.
