I am unable to enter otp during this new mobile binding procedure..new update has many bugs

There are issues with the Silk Bank application every day. Now it's showing a location issue, and I can't log in or fix the location issue in the app. Please fix this as soon as possible; it's causing a lot of problems.

App dont even open, just keeps loading and then throws error

troubles login. Always have issues & now there is a new error of fetching location.

Most useless App ever and never worked when needed

This is one of the worst applications I have ever used. The location feature is completely non-functional, and because of this issue, I am unable to log in. It raises serious concerns about the quality of testing before release. It’s surprising that such a flawed app was allowed on the App Store without proper QA. I strongly recommend either changing the vendor or hiring a more competent IT team to address these issues.

This app is not working properly. One time pin code page not working. Please update this application.

Such a pathetic app is it. Every time I face problems while logging and when Im logged in then it doesn’t work properly. Really need for improvement
