Silvan Habitat

The app doesn’t sync properly and there is a huge delay. Silvan has been in the industry for the long time and now it’s time to step up the come. Pls come out of the low cost low quality

The app never work’s seamlessly, the device keep getting unmanageable from Google account. Even a simple act of signing from Google account is so buggy, please for gods sake fix this app as many devices and products have already be sold to apartments and gated communities

Latest app update works wonders with home automation system. Good thing about silvan home automation is that there system works without internet connectivity.

Several issues (Not at all Reliable) 1. With Silvan app, 90% times error displays that device are not reachable when trying to turn on or off. (Even though I have high speed wifi connectivity in all rooms i jeep getting same error) 2. Some times lights automatically turns on then even after trying to off using mobile it never turns off and we have to do it manually using physical buttons 2. Not all lights sync with Alexa even after trying miltple time 3. And using alexa it works only 1 of 100 time we keep getting messages from alexa saying device is not responding 4. Despite calling customer care they never bothered to come and see the issue. Just let everyone know that I also use wipro smart lights which works 100% time both from alexa and mobile app Silvan you can’t call yourself a home automation service provider for me it has became headaches now.

Very poor product and even worse customer support. Lights keep going on and off by themselves and despite repeated complaints there is no resolution.

Once you remove the silvan device from Alexa app and try to sync it back. It is impossible. Only option is to delete the home configuration, add all devices to new home and then sync it back to Alexa. Same device removal issue happens with google home app too. If disable and enable the skill in google home, do whatever you want devices will not come back. Again reconfigure home silvan app is the only solution. I would expect team to fix this ASAP.

Hangs alot many times and now the application is not starting only
